Baltimore Orioles: The team should not re-sign Chris Tillman Because the Baltimore Orioles will be competing with other teams for the low numbers of free agent pitchers, there have been suggestions that they re-sign Chris Tillman. In fact, Jon Meoli with the Baltimore Sun suggested that the O's look to two old friends: Tillman and Miguel Gonzalez.
