City insists audit of Baltimore police overtime is ongoing The department is implementing fingerprint technology to better track actual hours worked. Last year, the mayor announced an audit of Police Department overtime. On Wednesday, city Finance Director Henry Raymond told 11 News, "I can assure you it is going on. Anything to the contrary is incorrect.".
