Shooting victim in north St. Louis identified LOUIS • A man who died after being found shot Thursday night has been identified. The shooting victim was identified as Cortez Ivory, 37, of the 5100 block of Palm Street. Ivory was found unconscious and not breathing in a vehicle in the 1700 block of Dick Gregory Place on Thursday night, police said.
